  • Pitched Thought Space concept to team, as well as judges after its creation.
  • Created live web portal that users could use to post thoughts. Portal can still be found here!!
  • Supported Unity development of emoji creations and JSON data parsing.
  • Outcome & Skills Learned

Thought Space won first place in the hackathon! Our whole team was each awarded two headsets as well as controllers for our own development - one Acer Windows Mixed Reality Headest and a HP Windows Mixed Reality Headset. I really enjoyed working on this project because of it's main goal to encourage empathy. By creating a low-monitored platform for people to express their feelings anonymously and freely, we were able to reveal core thoughts and feedback surrounding the hackathon.

Short demo video of Thought Space shot at the Microsoft Hackathon.

Concept art of what the final version of Thought Space might look and feel like.

Web portal used to collect thoughts of conference attendees.
